The criminal case vs. ex chief of civil aviation Zurab Chankotadze who has been sentenced for 5 years of detention by Tbilisi district court shall be appealed at Tbilisi Circuit Court. Session of the court is appointed on 25 November, 2005. On which witnesses, experts and complainant shall be examined. It is worth to note that the complainant has declared at the City Court that time was needed to determine whether the damage was apparent. However the Court did not find this statement suspicious and has found Chankotadze guilty. This person shall be examined ones again on 25 November, this time at the Circuit Court.
